CONTRACT  INFORMATION In order to "book" musicians for your event, the Contract needs to be signed by both the Purchaser and the Lead Musician, and First Payment (usually 50 percent) needs to be received by the Lead Musician.  I usually email the Contract to you, and you can sign and return to me with the Deposit.  Payments must be made by a check drawn on a U.S. bank; I cannot accept credit cards or Paypal.  The Contract we use is the American Federation of Musicians standard single engagement form. Once we have booked our time for you at your event day and time, the First Payment is non-refundable.  The Final Payment is only refundable if a written, signed cancellation notice is  received by the Lead Musician six months before the Contracted event date.
